· Items must be returned in the original packaging
Due to the nature of handcrafted jewelry, items showing signs of wear or damage cannot be accepted.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

· The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
· The reason for return or exchange
We will provide return instructions once your request is approved.
Return Shipping
· Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
· We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost return shipments
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to item availability.
If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
