To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
• Items must be returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our jewelry, items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration cannot be accepted for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry
  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we will process the exchange once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
